A complete, easy yoga practice starting with a Savasana to calm the mind and body, allowing you to connect with your breath. Movements are then gently synchronized with the breath throughout a practice of gentle poses.

Restorative Somatic Style

A soothing practice incorporating props, this allows you to hold poses for a longer period of time. In doing so, you open the connective tissues that can result in a gentle stretching of muscles, strengthening the joints, while calming the mind.

Chair Yoga
For those of you who may feel uncomfortable getting up and down on the mat; maybe you feel a little unsteady on your feet or you don't want to participate in a traditional yoga class; Chair Yoga is a great alternative. Either sitting or using the support of a chair, you can benefit by increasing flexibility, mobility and increase joint strength, while using the breath to create a sense of calm.

This program is great for those who are beginning their exercise journey. Classes incorporate gradual progressions and modifications for those with limitations and health restrictions. Classes will have warm up using a chair, strength training with light weights, low impact and cool down.

Alternating between gentle poses; supported by props of course; inspiring & thought provoking passages we take the time to be still and quiet, allowing ourselves to explore & understand how our emotions and physical bodies hold stress.
